Of Authentic Chinese Food

First off, the food in Hong Kong is amazing. I have been eating unbelievably good things here from a mind-blowing chilli crab to a wicked Gung Pao chicken every single night.

One of the weird things about growing up in North America, and especially Canada, is that every ethnic food you are exposed to is changed subtly to both the ingredient availability, tastes and sensibilities of the consumer.

Anyhow, reminded me of this interesting TED Talk you should probably check out to get a clue of what it’s like here for me at the mo.
