Banksy versus the Bristol Museum
Well, looks like I’ll be booking a weekend trip to Bristol to see this when I get back from Egypt (if not next weekend). Yes, bit of a Banksy fan boy, but how can you not love the stuff he does ? Love the fact stenciled, spray-canned rats still regularly appear around London (one right next to my work actually).
Def gonna go and check this out. Anyone up for a weekend trip to Bristol for the day or so to check this out ?
Maybe one day graffiti art will hang in lots of museums and be viewed in the same way as other modern art, although personally I hope it never sinks that low.
