Amazing Beatles Rock Band Opening Cinematic from E3

OK, admittedly I have never played RockBand or Guitar Hero (yeah, yeah… I know… ), but I have to say I am more impressed than anything by the cinematic opener that Passion Pictures posted as part of the new Beatles RockBand game at E3.

Wow. The animation is superb and I have to say right on the money in terms of feel, style and look as it evolves over the course of the Beatles’ career.

And how can you not totally love the updated psychedelic “I am the Walrus” portion ? Tres, tres trippy. So, make sure you watch it all the way to the end.

Hmmm… I think I need to watch Yellow Submarine again. And you probably do too…
