New Year, New Blog Theme

Well, I think I’ve settled on the mighty successor to Kubrick, the K2 theme as the basis for what I’m going to next with the blog. Even in its beta2 form, it’s gorgeous, readable and stylish and I really love the Live Archive functionailty from the archives tab.

Having some bother getting the LiveSearch functions and the AJAX commenting working but it’ll do for now, though I need to figure out how to get the gallery integrated again. I might end up migrating to another online gallery software which has better hooks to WordPress (I’ve noticed a lot of people are using Flickr these days, in fact so a plug in to avoid having to use my own disk space might not be such a bad idea.).

Let me know what you think… I’ll be tweaking the base template as time goes one and time permitting. Oh, and check out the Archives tab. I quite like the Live Archives.
